Esta es una obra que se engloba en el proyecto «the Hogarth Shakespeare», coincidiendo con el 400 aniversario de Shakespeare como Cervantes, se reinventándose las obras de Shakespeare a tiempos modernos y es muy interesante y lo que difiere el amor de Shakespeare en las islas con los actos con Cervantes.
La revisión de cuento de invierno es acertada y nuestra protagonista es Perdita, un accidente de coche y Leo que no tiene en lo conyugal la mejor de sus virtudes, la trama es muy vigente, un hombre repudia a su mujer por celos, entonces brotan los remordimientos. Sin duda es el ansía de reescribir el pasado y los personajes hacen el resto, Pauline, Mimi, Zel, Shep, Milo… relaciones homosexuales, sin duda un acierto.
Quizás todos deberíamos tener un tema musical para recordar a nuestra «Perdita»… Y no es regreso al futuro aunque se nos hable sobre DeLorean.
