Esta novela de esta escritora chilena fue premiada con el premio Alfaguara 2015 y me parece una novela interesante en cuanto a la manera de mezclar en la trama, la intriga, el amor y todo ello con una pasión desbordante por los libros a través de diferentes escenarios y latitudes, a través de la caída de Vera por unas escaleras y que entra en coma, Daniel su vecino y los feedbacks de sus años anteriores presagiando tormenta, nos van adentrando en un mundo de cenagales literarios donde debe brotar o al menos brillar el amor (Emilia), la trama es sutil y a cada página que uno lee sin duda uno quiere conocer mucho más de este puzzle narrativo que para el presente lector ha sido un descubrimiento, la cultura la gran maltratada y que tan buenos ratos nos hace pasar. Recomendada.
This novel by this Chilean writer was awarded with the Alfaguara 2015 prize and it seems to me an interesting novel in terms of how to mix in the plot, the intrigue, love and all this with an overflowing passion for books through different scenarios and latitudes, through the fall of Vera down some stairs and into a coma, Daniel your neighbor and the feedbacks of his previous years foreshadowing storm, we are entering into a world of literary quagmires where love must sprout or at least shine (Emilia), the plot is subtle and every page that one reads without a doubt one wants to know much more about this narrative puzzle that for the present reader has been a discovery, the great abused culture and what good times it makes us pass.
